2024

Henrik Hasselbalch and Maria Sundlöf step in as co-partners and directors. With their experience and insight, HNCO strengthens its position as one of Denmark's leading independent advisors within ERP and business systems.

2022

Former partners from HerbertNathan & Co. establish HNCO as a networked organization focused on specialized, unbiased ERP consulting.

2019

The Swedish subsidiary will continue without Devoteam's ownership and further develop its leading position as an advisor within ERP and HR systems in Sweden.

2016

HerbertNathan & Co. is sold to the French consultancy Devoteam, including the Danish and Norwegian parts.

2010

HerbertNathan & Co. is fast becoming the leading unbiased ERP advisor in the region.

2003

The founding of the company as a leading independent ERP advisor in Scandinavia with subsidiaries in Sweden and Norway.

From HerbertNathan & Co. to HNCO

The foundation of HNCO’s role as a leading independent ERP advisor was established in HerbertNathan & Co. Through subsidiaries in Sweden and Norway, the company quickly built a strong position as the leading independent ERP advisory firm in Scandinavia.

In 2016, HerbertNathan & Co., with just over 20 consultants in Denmark and Norway, was acquired by the French consultancy Devoteam. The Swedish subsidiary continued independently and today holds a leading position as an independent advisor in ERP and related business systems in Sweden.

Herbert Nathan and the other former partners have since left Devoteam and established HNCO. Today, HNCO is a network-based organization that continues the same core mission: delivering specialized, independent, and unbiased ERP consulting.
