Healthcheck is designed for organizations that need a quick, structured assessment of one or more business systems—similar to a routine check-up to identify issues before they become critical.
We typically conduct a focused analysis and risk assessment covering a number of critical areas of the selected business system. In parallel, we identify concrete actions to mitigate the identified risks.
The analysis is limited in scope and designed to be completed quickly, usually within one month and is carried out in close collaboration with selected key stakeholders from your organization.
A health check usually includes strategic, organizational, application and technical aspects
Aspects included
- The extent to which your business systems support the company’s strategic objectives
- Whether essential business processes can be executed with the required level of IT support and efficiency
- Whether existing applications adequately meet current business needs
- Whether any technologies are obsolete or approaching end of life and therefore pose a technological risk
- Whether there are potential security risks associated with the use of the company’s business systems
- Whether there is sufficient organizational capability to operate, develop, and support the business systems, including both internal and external resources
