What does ERP mean?

An enterprise ERP system is a comprehensive software solution that integrates and centralizes core business processes such as finance, sales, warehousing, logistics and HR.

By bringing data together in one system, the company gets a better overview, automates tasks and streamlines workflows, leading to increased productivity and better decision-making.

  • Centralized data: All data is aggregated into one database, eliminating redundancy and ensuring everyone is working with the same, up-to-date information.
  • Increased efficiency: Automation of manual processes reduces errors and saves time.
  • Better decision making: Access to real-time data and analytics provides a solid foundation for strategic decisions.
  • Scalability: The system can be customized and grow with the company.

ERP Systems

Many ERP systems exist, including major global providers such as SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as more industry-specific solutions such as Infor and IFS Applications. Some popular systems in Denmark are also Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Navision/NAV) and Visma Business/Business NXT.
